Overview

Our Client is an established supplier of fruit products to the UK major retailers. Due to growth within the commercial team, we are currently seeking a Category Analyst on their behalf.

Reporting to the Category Manager, this role will take responsibility for the sales data, analysis and trends within the business including customer KPI’s and internal sales information. Being part of a successful and focused commercial team, a flexible approach with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of organisation is key. Whilst guidance and support for this role is offered, the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve is essential. An effective communicator, combining strong analytical, IT, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

With relevant experience within the Food sector, we would like to consider individuals for this opportunity who have worked in a similar position, confident with internal and external colleagues, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressures, IT Proficient including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, exposure to Kantar and EPOS data would be an advantage.
