An exciting opportunity has become available with our Client; a Kent based Fruit Grower who supply the major retailers. We require a Farm Supervisor to be involved in all aspects of the farm, with particular focus on the peak season.

We are seeking an individual who with knowledge / experience of Fresh Produce Farming / Agriculture, and farm management, ideally with a UK grown crop. The Farm Supervisor role will get involved in all aspects of crop production through to harvest. During May to October the farm is very busy, and this role requires excellent management skills, and dedication for the long hours required. During the winter months, the role will be more manual based.

This opportunity requires an individual who has worked in a similar position, with exposure to Soft Fruit, with excellent communication skills required, and languages being advantageous.
