Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Administrator / Assistant to work with a leading player in the Fresh Produce sector. Part of a Global Group, they are leaders in Innovation; gaining Quality Food Awards & Innovation Awards from the major retailers. This position will initially be a 1-year contract, with the high probability of becoming permanent.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role is integral within the logistics team, and will provide support with the administration of product import, arrival, and clearance. With regular supplier contact, the successful individual will manage the efficient and accurate intake of product, ensuring the high quality and standards expected are met at all times.

We are ideally seeking an individual who has had some exposure to Logistics and / or the Fresh Produce sector. A Graduate with a relevant Degree will also be considered, providing training if required. With a professional, and accurate approach, the successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritise.

This position will work Monday – Friday, with weekend work required 1 in 3, which will be compensated financially or with a lieu day offered.
