Overview

A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established, highly regarded Fresh Fruit Importer & Supplier to the major retailers. Due to success, and recent growth we are now seeking a Product Manager on their behalf.

 

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the position of Product Manager will be based at a facility in Kent, and will work as an integral part of the team managing the quality of product under a specific category. A hands-on, pivotal role working to ensure Customer quality expectations are met, Suppliers are informed of requirements, and the level of product quality expected, Stock levels are managed with effective rotation, and rejects/returns kept to a minimum, ensuring that Organic & Ethical standards are maintained at all times.

 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with quality / technical experience gained from the Fresh Produce sector, having ideally worked with Fruit previously. With knowledge of the technical standards & product quality expected by retail customers, the successful individual will be driven, and passionate in this role.
