Overview

A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly regarded Fresh Fruit Importer and Supplier to the major retailers. Due to success and recent growth, we are now seeking a Product Manager on their behalf for their Citrus and Stone Fruit category.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this Product Manager position will be based at a facility in Kent, and will work as an integral part of the team managing the quality of product under a specific category. A hands-on, pivotal role working to ensure Customer quality expectations are met, Suppliers are informed of requirements and the level of product quality expected, Stock levels are managed with effective rotation and rejects/returns kept to a minimum, ensuring that Organic and Ethical standards are maintained at all times.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with quality / technical experience gained from the Fresh Produce sector, having worked with stone fruit and/or citrus previously. With knowledge of the technical standards & product quality expected by retail customers, the successful individual will be driven and passionate in this role.

This role will work 4 on 4off, 6am to 6pm.
