Our Client is an established UK leader in the Fresh Produce sector supplying the major retailers. We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Spanish speaking Quality and Supply Chain Administrator to become part of the team based in Suffolk.

This Quality and Supply Chain Administrator role will initially be a 1-year fixed term contract, with the potential of becoming permanent.

Working with the Commercial Manager for Central Europe, this role will take responsibility for the administration of daily orders, weekly quality reports, daily stock reports, transport arrangements for European countries and looking at data, to generate regular reports. This position will work across different product areas and offer an exciting opportunity for an energetic, confident individual to join a highly successful group within the sector.

With previous experience in an Administration role, preferably within the Fresh Produce and/or Food sectors, the successful individual will be outgoing, confident, and organised, with the ability to manage all tasks with excellent attention to detail. Experience of using Prophet would be beneficial. The ability to multi-task and keep a clear head under pressure is prerequisite.

This role is Monday to Friday but will work one weekend in four, with an additional payment made to the annual salary for that time worked.
