Our Client is a large Fresh Produce supplier in the UK, and they are continuing to develop in this ever-changing, fast paced industry sector. They are currently looking to strengthen their quality team by appointing a Quality Supervisor within product release.

Job type: QC Supervisor / QC Team Leader
Duration: Full Time, night shift
Location: Kent

Salary: £25k

The successful individual will report to the QA Manager and work closely with the Packhouse QC Supervisor, effectively managing the team to ensure that all finished product being released meets customer specification and expectations. This is a key role, communicating between the quality & production departments, managing the team alongside the QC Supervisor and working to meet deadlines.

Requirements;

Previous experience in a similar Quality Supervisor position

Fresh Produce sector exposure (ideally with Fruit products)

Excellent communication, numerical & literacy skills

Attention to detail and accuracy is key.

This position will work a night-shift, 18.30 to 06.30 4-on, 4-off.
