Overview

We are actively recruiting a Sales Manager for a well-known vegetable breeder based in Scotland. Our Client is a specialist supplier of high-grade vegetable products for pre-packers, processors, seed merchants, and branded operations worldwide.

This role will be responsible for the sales of UK product into a variety of customers, involving procuring & selling, to established customers throughout the UK , and selected export markets to achieve the best possible return to the company. The role will involve new development, and sales strategy for key varieties into different sectors of the UK market.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a driven & successful commercial team, and become a key part of customer & supplier relations, driving sales / profit growth, gaining/providing accurate information to generate reports, and maintaining business systems, cost & customer data.
We require an individual who is looking to use their enthusiasm for Agriculture in a commercial / sales position to promote product successfully. A team player is required, but an individual who can also work on their own, and demonstrate the ability to build relationships at all levels, and act diplomatically in all situations.
