Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to join our Client, an established & successful Fresh Produce business supplying the major supermarkets. This position offers a great opportunity to join a key player in the industry, and become an integral part of the management team.

This Site Quality Manager role will manage & develop a large, yet focused intake quality control team, to offer a high standard of product quality across the business, meeting customer expectations & company standards. Working closely with production, technical, and commercial, the successful individual will ensure they have a driven & motivated team to achieve the most effective way of achieving value, and reducing waste.

We are seeking an individual from the Fresh Produce sector, having successfully managed a large team previously in a production environment and the ability to motivate & achieve. The successful individual will benefit from a well-managed, and personable environment on a daily basis. With knowledge from the Fresh Produce sector, of production, quality systems & procedures, and previous retail customer experience is key.
