Our Client is a large Fresh Produce specialist in the UK, and they are continuing to develop in this ever-changing, fast paced industry sector. They are currently looking to strengthen their technical team by appointing a Site Technical Manager to look after their high care area.

Reporting to, and working alongside the Technical Director, the successful individual will promote a continuous improvement culture, with a focus on quality systems, policies & procedures, managing the audit schedules, and ensuring compliance is effective. With the support of an Assistant, this role will work in conjunction with other departments to maintain & continuously improve quality / technical standards to meet retail requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Technical / Compliance Manager from the Fresh Food sector, with an understanding of an high-care facility. With excellent knowledge, skills, and experience in a similar role, with the desire to accurately oversee quality and compliance standards & procedures, the successful individual will ideally have previous exposure to  TFMS & BRC.
