Our Client is an established UK leader in Food Processing, supplying a high quality of product to the UK Retail sector. We are currently seeking a Training & Development Assistant on their behalf, to become an integral part of the HR team.
This position will offer support with company training, and take responsibility for the assessment, coordination, and implementation of both internal, and external training courses where necessary, training plans are created & records are efficiently up to date with a key focus on staff inductions, training workshops, health & safety, systems & policies, and departmental costs are monitored & kept within budget.
Having worked in a similar position previously, the successful individual will have a thorough understanding of training requirements within Food operations / manufacturing, with knowledge of lean manufacturing being advantageous. With a Train the Trainer Qualification, a professional, confident & organised approach is key, and a high level of IT skills required.
