Overview

We have the privilege of working with an established and ever expanding Fresh Produce Group, who’s portfolio expands in to horticulture, fresh prepared and frozen food products. We now require an Ethical Trade Manager to focus within divisions of the business to lead in ethical trade, human rights and modern slavery strategies.

This position of Ethical Trade Manager is of high importance within the group, with global awareness of individuals working to grow, pack and supply the world’s finest produce. Working closely with the Responsible Sourcing team and reporting to the Senior Sustainability Manager, the successful Ethical Trade Manager will;

Define policies, Implement programs, Raise awareness and work as an integral part of the team to ensure that everyone working in the supply chain of the group is treated in accordance to their high standards.

We require;

Knowledge of –

Human Rights

Ethical Trade

International Labour standards

Passion for relationship building internally

Confidence and drive to build relationships with suppliers

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels with an approachable manner

Travel will be required, so a Driving Licence is essential.

Salary; Up to £50k + Benefits

Location; East of England / Cambridgeshire.

They can be flexible, potentially 3 days at the office and 2 days from home.
