Our Client is a Specialist Grower and Importer of Fresh Produce supplying the major retailers with both whole product and prepared product. We currently offer the opportunity of Health & Safety Manager in a newly created role.

This is a fantastic Health & Safety opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce Supplier and undertake the Health and Safety management, working to;

Re-evaluate the current Health & Safety systems and procedures

Provide guidance on Health & Safety related matters

Ensure the HSE Policy remains up to date with new legislation

Manage Health & Safety training

We require;

Food industry experience

Confident and experienced Health & Safety professional

Working knowledge of UK, EU and Industry requirements

Ability to manage Plant Safety Policies and Procedures

Regulatory compliance management experience

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

Excellent IT skills

Farming exposure beneficial

Salary; Up to £34k dependent on skills and experience offered. The company are based on the Suffolk / Essex boarder.
