A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Junior Commercial Manager / Account Manager to join our Client, as the business continues to manage an array of customers within the Fresh Produce sector, to include UK retailers.

The position of Junior Commercial Manager / Account Manager has become available through growth and requires an experienced commercial individual to confidently manage retail accounts. As a key member of the team, this position will report to the Managing Director and will work with a professional, driven and committed commercial team, who work to offer exceptional support across the customer base.

This position will work to successfully manage retail customers and ensure;
Customer expectations are met successfully
Work to set budgets and exceed where possible
Achieve KPI’s / targets; sales, volumes, quality, delivery schedules
Work with & manage 3rd party packers to ensure successful delivery
Work closely with procurement and technical to achieve availability / quality expectations

We require;
A Demonstrable track record working in the Fresh Produce sector is essential

Exposure to Aldi and/or Coop is beneficial
Commercially strong, with proven successful management of Retail Customers / Accounts
This is key position, at a key time for our Client and requires a committed, dedicated and professional individual to lead commercially.
