Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful Fresh Produce business, who are seeking a Materials & Resources Planner / MRP Planner to join their energetic and passionate Planning team.

The position of Materials & Resources Planner / MRP Planner will ensure all supply & demand is ultimately matched & delivered to sales, procurement and production teams daily through the MRP process, supporting continued development of MRP across the business and maintaining relevant data to enable successful planning processes.

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Planning Manager, this position will take ownership and delivery of daily MRP sessions to assist short-term commercial planning, updating of stock and order information as required, and liaising with relevant 3rd parties to obtain information.

We require;

Experience in a MRP/ Planning role, preferably within Fresh Produce or similar sectors

Good understanding of process and continual improvement methodology

Excellent analytical skills and confident to work analytically

Knowledge of forecasting & planning systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hours; Monday to Friday; 6.30am – 3.30pm, with weekend cover on a rota / days off given in return.

Salary; Dependent on experience offered
