We currently offer the exciting opportunity of Planning Manager to join a successful business who have built a highly regarded reputation within the Fresh Produce sector, working with an impressive portfolio of growers and key retail customers.

 

Becoming a key member of the management team, the position of Supply Planning Manager will positively manage the supply planning team to ensure successful supply forecasting through the collaboration of growers, and demand & commercial planning colleagues.

Responsibilities include;

Communicate with all relevant departments to ensure transparency across product planning

Positively manage the supply planners, with motivation, support, and training required

Manage grower performance & supply

Provide analysis of grower forecasts

 

We require;
Experience in a Supply Planning position within Fresh Food / Fresh Produce / SSL Product
Confident and professional approach working with both customers and suppliers
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse numerical data
Team management, training, and development experience

Knowledge of forecasting & ERP systems

High level of IT skills; Excel essential
