Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will have a good technical background in agronomy and have ideally gained work experience of dealing with pre-packers, processors , wholesalers  and possibly food service businesses. Critically, you must be confident and knowledgeable within the fresh produce production area and able to confidently liaise with groups of people. This role involves plenty of travel in the UK and overseas.  The successful candidate will have a high degree of autonomy to develop client relationships while promoting their different varieties.
