Overview

We are currently seeking a Production Planner for a Fresh Produce / Horticultural group, supplying the retailers with fresh perishable products. We require an individual to join the team to cover a Maternity contract initially.

Reporting to the Head of Planning, this position will;

Ensure waste and downtime is kept to a minimum

Create, monitor and update daily schedules to ensure orders are met

Assess data and create reports/schedules on KPI’s, raw materials and operations.

We are seeking;

Experience within a similar Production Planner role

Exposure to FMCG planning, ideally chilled Food product

Excellent IT skills, with a numerical and analytical approach

Good attention to detail, with effective communication skills

Salary; Up to £30k

Maternity contract to cover a 9-12 month period

Location; Cambridgeshire

Hours; Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 17:00, working 1 weekend in 4 (days carried over to the following week)
