Overview

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer the opportunity of Production Section Leader to join a successful Fresh Produce Group supplying the major retailers.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, this Production Section Leader role will ensure that product is packed efficiently meeting customer needs and transport deadlines. Taking responsibility for packing lines ensuring all staff are utilised to meet order demand, meet customer specification and meet health & safety regulations.

Proactively managing a team in this fast paced environment requires an individual from the food sector who has worked in a production based role. This is a key role within the company and the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate the team to exceptional standards supplying high quality product to the retailers, with a continuous improvement and driven approach.

This Production Section Leader position is based a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern.
