We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products.

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Production Line Leader.

The position of Production Line Leader will report to the Production Section Manager and will ensure perishable product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines. Taking responsibility for the team and packing lines, the successful individual will be a key point of contact for team members, managing up to 25 in the team on shift, and will ensure all members are utilised to meet order demand, KPI’s, Quality, and Health & Safety expectations.

We require;

Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory role

Approachable, effective, motivating and driven management ability

Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors advantageous

ERP systems experience advantageous

Genuine opportunity to achieve an annual salary equivalent of c£26k with overtime and peak seasons incorporated.

Salary; Hourly paid @ £10.50 – 11.16 per hour + overtime paid over 40 hours

Hours; 4-on – 3-off Day Shift; from 8.00am

Location; Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
