Overview

We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of a service provider within the Food and Fresh Produce sectors, who supply retail customers with high quality Food products.

Due to exciting growth within the business, we currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Production Team Leader.

The position of Production Section Leader / Production Team Leader will report to the Section Manager and take responsibility for dedicated production lines, overseeing the line performance, managing team members, and ensuring product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines. The successful individual will be a key point of contact for team members, and will ensure all members are utilised to meet order demands, KPI’s, Quality, and Health & Safety expectations.

We require;
Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory role
Approachable, effective, motivating, and driven management ability
Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors
ERP systems experience advantageous

Location; Kent
Salary: £23,500

Shift: 4-on – 4-off /  6.30am – 6.30pm
