Overview

Our Client is a successful leading Fruit Grower & Supplier to the UK retailers, with high quality fruit products. We are currently seeking a QC Manager to initially cover a 12 month maternity contract on an evening shift. This position is available immediately.

The QA Supervisor will be responsible for all quality issues relating to fruit product quality, due diligence, food safety, label / packaging inspection, and work to ensure an effective QMS, non-conformances are reported. Management of a QC team and delegate responsibility to the QC team as necessary.

We require an individual who has worked in a Quality role in the Fresh Produce sector. Team management and an awareness of a fresh produce packaging facility is key. A professional manner, good communication & inter-personal skills combined with good IT skills are required.
