We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. We offer the exciting opportunity to join their growing business and work at their new state-of-the-art chilled food facility in Peterborough within a 12 month contract position as Quality / QC Supervisor.

 

The successful Quality / QC Supervisor will manage a large team of Quality Controllers to ensure all fruit product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, managing the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately, adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

 

Requirements;

Previous experience in a Quality Control Supervisory position

Previous experience in managing large Quality teams

Fresh Produce sector exposure is essential

Attention to detail and accuracy is key

Excellent communication skills

 

Location; Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Shift; 4-on, 4-off –  Day shift

Salary; Up to £28k
