Overview

We currently require a confident, senior management individual for a successful Fresh Produce provider, who are experiencing an exciting time of growth and have successfully expanded to a product dedicated facility in Kent.

The position of Site Operations Manager will report to the Operations Director and will become an integral part of the senior leadership team, taking full responsibility for the operations on-site and delivering an expectational level of service to an array of key customers, through the effective management of the site management team within Production, Warehousing, and Engineering.

This position will encompass and take responsibility for;

Management of site-based Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams

Deliver a high level of efficiency within the packhouse and warehouse

Create, encourage and develop the site management team

Achieve high levels of employee engagement

Customer interaction on-site 

We require;
Operational Management exposure within a fast-paced, high-volume output environment within FMCG

Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous Management position

Leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary customer focused environment

Approachable, effective, motivating and driven management ability
Confident implementing and delivering against a plan

Good knowledge of CI practices

Hours; Monday – Friday
Location: Kent

Salary; Up to £60k – dependent on experience
