Overview

Our Client is a dynamic, fast-paced Fresh Produce provider supplying a variety of customers, with a varied portfolio of Fresh Food Products. We currently offer the opportunity of Stock Control Manager to join the Operations team in a stock planning focused position.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the position of Stock Control Manager will cover a Monday to Friday role, managing a stock control team across both day and night shifts. The opportunity available will control and maintain accurate stock & data to ensure the smooth and effective management of stock, production orders, and consignment details.

Key responsibilities;

Ensure all processes and documentation is accurate

Review daily raw material stock levels via stock sheets/data

Physical stock checks, within a large warehouse / packing facility

Monitor & investigate stock movements and record data accurately on the ERP system

Ensure that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are accurately documented and maintained

Work with colleagues and partnering departments effectively, increasing more accurate stock usage data

We require;

Experience within a Fresh Produce focused stock management position is essential

Ability to work within a fast paced, seasonality driven environment

Fresh Produce Warehouse, Packhouse, Supply Chain exposure

Excellent numerical and IT skills, with ERP systems included

Proven ability to manage a team positively & effectively

 

Salary; £35-40k, dependent on experience offered

Location; South East England / Essex
