We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying UK and European Retail customers with Fresh, High Quality products. We offer the exciting opportunity to join their growing business and work at their new state-of-the-art chilled food facility in Peterborough within a key position in Stock and Operations Planning.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position of Stock & Planning Manager will manage a team of 4, with a focus of stock allocation and management to ensure the smooth and efficient availability and supply of stock within the business, meeting retail customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include;

Management of stock; inbound, allocation, availability

Work with internal teams to achieve customers’ expectations

Lead and manage the team with a supportive and encouraging manner

Working with suppliers to build key relationships and gain a committed approach in return

We require;

Exceptional skills to lead a team and manage stock planning across the business

Experience in a Stock / Demand / Planning position within the Fresh Produce sector

Ability to constantly adapt the planning approach to ensure success in a fast-changing portfolio environment

Salary; £30-35k; dependent on experience offered

Location; Cambridgeshire

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday
