Overview

Our Client is a large Fresh Produce operation in the UK and they are continuing to develop in this fast-paced sector. We currently offer the position of Supply Chain Manager to be based at their packing facility in Kent.

The Supply Chain Manager position will report to the Operations Director and will be an integral part of the business, to ensure;

The smooth and efficient management of the supply chain division on a day to day basis, to;

Effectively manage a team and encourage a proactive approach, across warehouse, packaging and stock control

With a key focus on the customer, ensure the highest of service levels

Work confidentially across all departments

Develop the overall supply chain strategy

This position will manage warehouse, order processing, stock management/allocation, planning and logistics, to achieve successful delivery to expected targets.

Requirements;

Experience in a Supply Chain position, with a thorough understating of Operations

Management experience is essential, ideally gained in an FMCG environment

Exposure within a large Food Manufacturing / Fresh Produce facility

Planning, forecasting and database systems experience

FMCG environment considered

Advanced Excel skills
