We currently have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of a successful International Food supplier, who now require a confident Technical Manager to be focused on an exciting array of retail customers.

Our Client are an established, energetic business, who offer the position of Technical Manager to be customer focused / facing, as an integral part of the technical team managing a portfolio of retail customers.
Responsibilities will include;
Liaising with Suppliers; confirming customer expectations, visiting when required
Daily customer management, ensuring confidence & exceptional relationships
Sample management; ensure Safety, Legal & Quality requirements are met
Travel to Global sites; customer visits & first production runs
Manage projects and NPD expectations/timescales

We require;
FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sector exposure
Previous Retail customer management
Strong technical knowledge & ability
Supplier auditing experience

Driving Licence required, with flexibility to travel essential, to both customers & suppliers.
