We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of a successful supplier of Fresh Produce, working in a unique product arena, with an innovative, driven, and passionate approach to the sector. We currently offer an excellent opportunity to become a Technologist, being customer focused, dedicated to specific retail accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual currently working within the sector, seeking their next position within technical, to further develop and build on customer focused skills.
The business are on a successful and exciting path to continue their strong place in the market and require committed and passionate individuals.
Responsibilities will include;
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, achieving specific targets & KPIs on technical issues
Retail customer management to ensure product satisfaction, compliance and continuous successful relationship growth
Working with suppliers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective communication around supply and the challenges faced
Clear interpretation, communication, and implementation of customers’ policies on technical, ethical, social, and environmental matters

To become part of the integral technical hub within this successful Fresh Produce business, we require;
Experience within the Fresh Produce sector is essential
Ability to build honest, trustworthy, confident relationships
Strong technical knowledge, gained from a previous position
Previous management of retail customer accounts; confidentially advising technically
The ability to work effectively in a small team, build sound relationships, and invest in the long term business goals is imperative.

Salary; £30-40k, dependent on the level of experience offered
Location; West Midlands

Driving Licence required due to travel between sites.
