Technologist / Soft Fruit

A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce service provider, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We currently offer the opportunity to join the business in an integral position, contributing to the success of a product dedicated site, working with the Assistant QA Manager to advise and assist the quality intake team.

The successful individual will assist and advise the intake QC team to ensure all product is checked and approved on arrival, meeting the highest quality standards and customer expectations. This is a key position, communicating between departments and with customers on product quality to ensure the most successful productivity and output across the category.

We require;
Fresh Produce experience, with exposure to Soft Fruit ideal

Experience gained within a quality focused position, with the ability to lead a team successfully
Ability to communicate at all levels, working professionally with customers and positively with colleagues
Strong IT skills, with the ability to input, monitor, and report on data, product quality, and product issues & provide resolutions

Salary: c£28k

Location: Kent
Hours: 4-on, 4-off; 6.00am – 6.00pm
