Our Client is a progressive and highly regarded Grower & Supplier of Fresh Produce. With the supply of high quality produce to the UK Retailers, through an established Fresh Produce Marketing business, we now offer the opportunity of Junior Technical Manager. 

Based in Bedfordshire, the position of Junior Technical Manager will report directly to the Directors & Owners of the business, and will take responsibility for the technical aspects of a growing & packing facility. This position will create / manage the Audit schedule & QMS, ensure effective Traceability, and achieve the highest standard of product quality meeting customer specification & requirements. This opportunity offers a fantastic position to become an integral part of a prestigious business, and continue to build on the existing, strong relationships in place with their marketing partner, to achieve the successful supply of product to the retailers.

To become the integral technical hub within this successful Fresh Produce supplier, previous experience within the sector is key, to accompany a thorough & confident knowledge of technical requirements, to include; BRC, HACCP, Internal Auditing, QMS, Specifications etc. With a professional, and passionate approach, the successful individual will confidently communicate at all levels, and work closely with the marketing company/retail supplier, with the opportunity to travel between sites throughout the year.
