Our Client is a leading supplier of Fresh Produce to the major retailers. We currently offer an excellent opportunity for a Procurement Manager to work in an integral position within the Salad sector.

The successful individual will take responsibility for the supply chain efficiency within a specific product area, driving and developing growth with a focus on profit & loss, procurement strategy, supplier management and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

We are seeking an experienced individual from the Fresh Produce sector, having worked within a Procurement Management / Buying position, with specific product knowledge with Salad products. Experience of working with retail customers, understanding the quality and service levels expected, to accompany the ability to work with a portfolio of growers / suppliers to achieve a high level of continuity is key to success in this fast paced environment.

Spanish language would be an advantage in this position, with financial, negotiation and procurement skills being paramount.
