Overview

Our Client is one of the UK’s largest Importers and Distributors in their sector within the Food Industry, supplying a variety of customers nationwide, including the major retailers. We now offer an excellent opportunity for a QA to join the business in a key Quality Assurance position.

Reporting to the QA Supervisor and working with the QA Manager, the role of QA / Quality Assistant will take responsibility for;
Sample collection
GMP and H&H Audits
Traceability documentation
Corrective Action Requests
Production documentation verification checks
Checkweigher & Finished product sealing integrity checks

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a role within the Food sector, to join a dedicated team that will provide guidance and training building a sound knowledge and career within the industry.

We require;
Food sector exposure; manufacturing and/or distribution
Experience / knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Knowledge of Auditing, HACCP, Specifications, and the importance of meeting the customer’s needs would be highly advantageous

Location: South East England / Essex

2 shifts available; 06:00 – 15:00 OR 15:00 – 00:00

Salary: £20-22k + 5% shift premium
