Our Client is part of a highly successful Fresh Produce Group, importing, ripening, and distributing a high standard of product to the UK market. We have the privilege of recruiting the exciting position of Commercial Account Executive to become a key member of the team.
Working closely with and supporting the Head of Commercial, the Commercial Account Executive will gain the opportunity to work with key retail customers to ensure the customer receives the best possible service and that expectations are met with regards to forecasting, order management, product availability, quality, and cost, amongst other factors. The position offers the opportunity to develop and work daily with specific major retail accounts to become an integral part of this fresh food business.
Management of key accounts
Work closely with colleagues to ensure product orders are processed and amended accurately
Regular store visits to report on product visibility and generate reports on competitors market place; quality, pricing
Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved through professional management of requests & queries
Previous experience within a similar position, with a focus on administrative support, data management, and excellent customer service offered
Commercially confident individual, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
IT confident, with the ability to work with data, figures, and generate reports
Our Client is keen to consider Graduates who are commercially minded with some industry experience or individuals who are working in a similar position, now looking to develop & build on their commercial skills.
Salary; £25-35k, dependent on experience offered
Hours; Monday – Friday; This role will benefit from 2 days a week working from home.
