The position of Commercial / Account Manager will become part of a dedicated retail team, at a time of expansion and continued success & growth.

Working with the Senior Commercial Manager, the successful Commercial Manager will become a key member of the retail focused team, working with an exciting array of Fruit products. As Commercial Manager; a hands-on, driven individual is required, with a personable and confident approach to day-to-day customer contact & management, negotiating contracts, establishing processes, and being a key contributor to achieving the business strategic goals.

This is a newly created commercial opportunity that will enable an individual to play an integral role in driving a successful business forward and has the capacity to offer genuine long-term career opportunities to an ambitious, commercially astute individual.

We require;

An experienced Commercial / Account Manager

Fresh Food / Fresh Produce sector exposure is essential

Retail account management experience, with the ability to develop key relationships

Strong commercial awareness and a well-developed concept of customer service in a quality-oriented business

Enthusiastic self-starter, committed, hardworking, flexible, and able to communicate effectively and professionally
