We offer the exciting opportunity of Commercial Administrator, joining a passionate and dedicated commercial division in a key position.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager within a dedicated commercial team, the position of Commercial Administrator will work with attention to detail, to achieve KPI’s ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and a high level of customer service is achieved.
Process daily orders accurately and efficiently
Manage systems to ensure the most accurate data is available; prices, stock codes, delivery bookings
Liaise with colleagues and other departments confidently to ensure the smooth flow of product delivery

Experience gained within an administrative, order processing, customer service, supply chain position
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions under pressure
Strong IT skills, with the ability to gather and present data
Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG sector advantageous
Salary; £21-23k, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday; 6.00/6.30am – 3.00/3.30pm + weekend cover (Saturday; 1 in 3, 6.00am – 1.00pm and then on call).
