A fantastic opportunity has become available with a successful Fresh Produce specialist, in a key position as Commercial Manager. Working in a dynamic, energetic and progressive commercial team, this opportunity will offer a passionate commercially focused individual a key position in their continued successful journey.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this opportunity will take responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, managing the customers on a day-to-day basis; to deliver sales plans and profit targets in line with company budgetary requirements, meet KPI’s, and successfully continue to build open, honest, and dependable relationships with the customers.

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Previous experience within the Fresh Produce sector or Fresh/Short-shelf life products
Management of Retail customers / accounts
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work proactively
A positive, team player approach, with the ability to make decisions
