Overview

We offer a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our Client; a successful Food Supplier / Distributor who work closely with growers to ensure the best produce is available for their foodservice customers. The position of Customer Service Manager is vital to the business and will work proactively to maintain the high level of service offered to all customers.

This position will manage a team within customer service, dealing with foodservice customers who are requiring a broad range of produce and food products. Working closely with the team, with a hands-on approach this role will;
Manage a team of 7/8 staff; who work a combination of day & evening shifts
Meet the highest standards of customer service
Ensure KPI’s are set and met successfully
Maintain the order processing system

We require;
Food sector exposure
Customer Service experience in a food service environment
Previous experience of working with food service customers and Chefs & restaurants advantageous
Excellent management ability, with a motivating and encouraging approach

Hours; Monday – Friday
Salary; £40-45k dependent on experience offered
