Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful Fresh Produce business, who are seeking an Ethical Compliance Coordinator to join their energetic and passionate technical team.

The role will report to the Technical Compliance Manager and will be administrative based to ensure all suppliers / growers have the correct ethical third-party audits in line with customer standards and approved auditing bodies.

Duties include;

Working with the auditing team on accommodation risk assessment / Including risk assessments in the UK against UK legislation

The review of all suppliers / growers for compliance to the ETI Base Code and SMETA standards

Attend relevant customer ethical conferences and seminars and update the team accordingly

Support the compliance team in other due-diligence requirements

We require;

A Graduate with a relevant Degree i.e. Human Rights

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to a high level administratively

An experienced individual within ethical issues / supplier compliance would be beneficial

Hours; Monday – Friday, 8.00am-  5.00pm, with some flexibility

Salary; Dependent on experience offered; up to £23k
