Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available with a Kent based Fruit Grower. They supply the major retailers and through expansion, now require a Field Supervisor to be involved in all aspects of the Fruit Farm.

The Field Supervisor role will require an individual to confidently manage the top fruit husbandry (tunnels, picking etc.) with effective staff motivation and management.

Requirements;
Romanian or Bulgarian speaking ideally
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Exposure to Fresh Produce, Ideally Fruit products
Experience in a farm environment, supervising individuals is essential

Hours;
48hrs p/w with the potential to reach 60hrs p/w
January to November, December off
Salary; Up to £25k dependent on experience
