Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available with our Client, a successful Food supplier to the retailers. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on their behalf, to become an integral part of the team, in a newly created position.

Reporting to the Head of HR, working alongside another HRBP, and managing an Assistant, this position is key to the success of the HR function within the business, with a focus and ownership of the operational areas onsite. With such a personable, approachable, and encouraging ethos, the position requires a hands-on individual to become a fundamental part of coaching and promoting well-being, monitoring and managing KPI’s, and offering an excellent supportive & advice service.

Recruitment & Selection & recruitment fair programme

Wellbeing; employee surveys, success stories

Disciplinary / Grievance matters

Sickness / Absence process

KPI’s

Requirements;

CIPD qualification beneficial

Experienced HR professional
FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sector exposure
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
IT confident, with HR system knowledge highly beneficial

Organised, professional, personable, and encouraging approach

Hours; Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, with a requirement to cover the start of the night-shift monthly.

Salary; £35-40k dependent on experience offered + Excellent Benefits offered
