A long established and highly successful supplier of Fresh Produce, our Client has been supplying a high quality of product to the UK market for over 50 years. We now offer the exciting opportunity of HR Manager on their behalf.

The position of HR Manager will report to Director level and will provide a comprehensive Human Resources and Learning & Development service to all Managers and colleagues. It is a key position and will require a confident, capable, and resilient HR professional. This opportunity requires a proficient HR generalist to ensure all related policies and procedures are both followed and are in accordance with employment legislation.

Working closely with all departments, the HR Manager will take responsibility for;
Policy and template implementation review & updates
Sickness / Absence Management
Probationary Period Review
Learning and Development
Holiday Requests
Timekeeping
Recruitment

We require;
Experience as HR Manager
Work performance and disciplinary management
Excellent communication and influencing ability
Ideally CIPD Qualified – or studying towards
Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG exposure
Organised, motivated, and assertive
Knowledge of Employment Law

A professional, approachable manner, with good communication skills is key in this position.

Salary; c£55k, dependent on experience offered
