Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available with our Client, a successful Food supplier to the retailers. We are currently seeking a HR Manager on their behalf, to become an integral part of the business and lead a dedicated HR team.
This is a key position within the business, reporting to and supporting the HR Director and successfully managing the HR team, who provide resource, training and guidance across the business.
Responsibilities;
Ensure HR best practice is adhered to
Manage recruitment requirements and projects
Take responsibility for payroll and company benefits across the business
Effectively manage the HR team to ensure KPI’s and expectations are met
Work closely with the management team to encourage staff development and progression
Ensure new starters/induction, leavers/exit interviews, absence, disciplinary matters and agency legislation is managed efficiently

Hours; Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary; £35-45k dependent on experience offered + Excellent Benefits offered
Requirements;
CIPD Qualified
Experienced HR professional
FMCG / Food industry exposure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organised, professional and personable approach
