We currently offer an excellent opportunity to join our Client; a Global Group who supply leading retailers with an exciting portfolio of Chilled, Frozen and Perishable Food focused products. We have the privilege of working in partnership with them and offer the opportunity of Hygiene Manager.

Reporting to Head of Technical, the position of Hygiene Manager take responsibility for;
Implementing and leading the Hygiene function
Maintaining and negotiating contracts with suppliers of PPE, Chemicals and Pest Control
Ensuring the highest standards of Hygiene are delivered at all times & exceed customer expectations
Lead the compliance with new & existing international & national standards, working closely with departments to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures

Requirements;
Proven Listeria management experience
Knowledge of implementing clean-as-you-go policies
Proven management experience within Food Manufacturing
Experience of working in a high care / high risk environment
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
Experience of contract management; PPE, Pest Control & Chemicals

Salary; up to £40k + Benefits
Location; Lancashire
Hours; Day & Night shift requirements
