The position of Technical & NPD Technician offers a great opportunity to join a team at an exciting time of growth, becoming an integral part of a food business and a fundamental link between the product development kitchen and the production line.

Key responsibilities include;

Checking and sampling of incoming raw materials

QC analysis of incoming raw materials

Collation of raw material specifications,

Collation of raw material certificates of analysis

Sending raw materials for Micro analysis

Active member of the HACCP team

Salary: up to £25k

Location: Nr Colchester Essex
