A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly regarded Fresh Produce Supplier to the major retailers. We currently offer an excellent opportunity to join the business at an exciting time of growth, to be based at their facility in Essex / North London.

The position of Senior Operations Manager will take responsibility for the production activities, effectively managing a team of Production Managers and c80 to ensure operation/production targets are met. We are looking for an individual with the experience to drive forward a production department and ensure;
Customer orders are met and KPI’s achieved
Expected high quality of product is maintained
Adhere to Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety laws & regulations
Communication with Managers and all departments to meet business expectations
The motivation of the team, allocating workloads and gaining the most efficient output

We require;
Strong operational management experience
Previous exposure to an operational position, working with multiples lines
Experience in a Fresh Produce facility or Fresh Food Production environment
This role is working as part of the management team and requires a ‘hands on’ approach in a fast-paced, perishable environment.

A full driving licence is essential

Hours; Monday – Friday; 6.45am – 4.00pm
Location; Essex / North London
Salary; £75-80k
