Overview
We currently offer the fantastic opportunity for an Operations Process and Systems Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Fresh Produce suppliers to retail customers.
The position of Operations Process and Systems Manager will join the energetic operations team to support the business and analyse performance data and processes, offering improvements and leading projects to optimise operational performance. This position is key to ensure the business continues as an industry leader and stays at the forefront of a fast-paced, everchanging sector.
Key responsibilities include;
Support current operational functions and assist with implementing new, to complement operational best practice
Develop and implement business ERP supporting applications in production and warehousing
Ensure developments on core business systems are tested and implemented appropriately
Implement new workflows and processes across all operational functions
Establish and manage detailed performance analysis reports
Analyse data and activities using reporting tools
We require;
Experience gained in a systems and / or business analysis role
ERP or integrated systems knowledge (Prophet ideally)
Fresh Produce, Food, FMCG exposure advantageous
Data gathering, report writing, change implementation
Success of implementing processes & applications
Location; Kent
Salary; Competitive salary / dependent on experience offered
