We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful Fresh Produce supplier, currently seeking a Packaging Artwork Assistant to join their energetic and passionate team.

The position of Packaging Assistant is newly created and is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a key function communicating at all levels with customers, suppliers, & internal teams, and will support & report to the Head of Packaging. With responsibility for delivering packaging artwork for all customers, liaising with suppliers and coordinating the artwork to printers, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines, and always achieving a high level of accuracy is paramount.

Duties include;

Provide forecasting information to suppliers in preparation for annual packaging needs

Manage the company database on packaging processes, types, and specifications

Generate and provide packaging data & usage

Co-ordinate packaging trials

We require;

Previous experience to packaging / artwork management highly advantageous

Fresh Produce / Food production / FMCG exposure

High level of accuracy & attention to detail

Motivated and able to work independently

Strong IT skills

Analytical

Hours; Monday – Friday / 8.00am –  5.00pm, with some flexibility required

Salary; Dependent on experience offered
