We currently offer a fantastic opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, who are at the forefront of their product categories within the industry. We are seeking a Technical Compliance / Pesticides Coordinator to work within the technical division of the business, with the dedicated compliance team.

The opportunity of Technical Compliance / Pesticides Coordinator will report to the Senior Technical Compliance Manager and become a key member of the technical compliance team, taking responsibility for pesticide compliance / due diligence, working closely to achieve approval and manage any queries from both the customers & suppliers.
Responsibilities include;
Liaising with Fresh Produce Suppliers to gain relevant information to verify and complete required documentation
Data gathering, through supplier contact and relationship building
Meeting Customer requirements, with contact as required
Documentation generation, with crucial attention to detail

We require;
An individual with exposure / knowledge of pesticides and the ability to confidentially manage this key function

Experience of SEDEX, SMETA, Food Experts, PPPL’s would be highly beneficial

Exposure to the Fresh Produce and/or Horticulture sectors, with Fruit product knowledge
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels, with professionalism and commitment
High level of Administrative ability; attention to detail, IT confident, presentation skills

Hours; Monday – Friday, with some flexibility required
Salary; £25-28k – depending on experience
Location; Kent
