Overview

We are currently working on behalf of an ever growing Fresh Produce supplier, who are looking to increase their Planning team, offering the newly created position of Process / Data Analyst.

Responsibilities will include;

Working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement flexible solutions to assist business efficiency, drive process improvements, and support continuous improvement

Establish and continue developing supply planning, demand planning, and MRP processes, tools, and ways of working supported by the IT systems

Highlighting risks and opportunities to the Planning team; new ways of working, cost savings, and efficiency adjustments

Research (with IT) external software, systems and controls which would benefit the business planning functions

Produce operational information, reports, and metrics to share with other departments within the business

Establish and maintain master data records to enable recollection, analysis and effective business decisions

Maintaining accurate and relevant master static data for reporting, metrics, and analytical datasets

Identify and lead improvement initiatives (systems, processes, people)

Using clear analysis and statistics to recommend supply chain changes

We require;

Experience in data analysis and process analysis, ideally from within the Fresh Produce sector

Good understanding of process and continual improvement methodology

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and developed influencing skills

Excellent analytical skills and confidence to work with numbers

Knowledge of forecasting & planning system

Hours; Monday – Friday / 8.00am –  5.00pm, with some flexibility required

Salary; Dependent on experience offered
